Kinder Paradise my way

Hi everyone, today I’m showing you how to make Kinder Paradiso-type brioscine with jam water cake dough . The recipe is very simple and the base cooks in just 12 minutes.

These snacks are a real pleasure, everyone in my house loves them, young and old.

But I’ll leave you with the ingredients and the procedure.

For this recipe we need these ingredients:

For the base:

  • 160 grams of 00 flour
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 65ml of water
  • 65 ml of seed oil
  • 8 grams of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla

For the filling:

  • 150 ml of cream
  • 25 g of condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 10 grams of icing sugar

Procedure:

Let’s start from the base: put the egg yolks and sugar in a large bowl, start beating them with an electric mixer, as soon as they become clear and slightly frothy add the vanilla, after a few seconds add the oil slowly, as soon as we have incorporated this last ingredient we also pour the water. Knead the dough for a few more seconds before adding the sifted flour and baking powder.

In another bowl, whisk the egg whites which must be at room temperature and without a pinch of salt.

Now let’s combine the two compounds with the help of a spatula and with movements from the bottom up so as not to disassemble everything.

Line a 32 x 22cm baking tray with parchment paper. We pour the dough and take it to the oven. Our base will have to cook for 12 minutes at 180 degrees in a static oven or 170 degrees fan oven. We always do the toothpick test.

In the meantime that the base is cooking, let’s proceed with making the filling. In a bowl, combine the cream with the icing sugar and work them with the mixer, when they begin to whip well, add the honey and the teaspoon of vanilla extract. As soon as the mixture is completely whipped, add the condensed milk and, again with the mixer, finish mixing everything. The cream must be compact and firm. We put in the fridge covered with transparent film.

We remove the base and let it cool completely.

Now we divide our base into many rectangles and with the help of a spatula we fill our snacks. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
