Ingredients

  • 500 g of lean minced meat
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 chopped onion
  • a drizzle of olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • Just enough chopped parsley
  • Just enough paprika
  • Just enough oregano
  • Just enough salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. First, peel the potatoes, grate them into a bowl, cover them with plenty of cold water and set them aside for a moment.
  2. Now place the minced meat in a bowl, add 1 chopped onion, salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, nutmeg and minced garlic cloves, then mix well .
  3. Now take a handful of meat at a time, crush to make hamburgers and keep them aside for a moment.
  4. Squeeze the potatoes properly, transfer them to a clean container, add the eggs, salt, pepper, grated onion and flour and mix with a spatula.
  5. Pour a drizzle of oil into a non-stick frying pan, insert 3 distinct spoonfuls of potatoes at a time, spread them out to give them the shape of pancakes , place the meat burgers on top, cover with another layer of potatoes, seal the edges, turn them over and go until the other side is golden brown .
  6. Once this is done, place the burgers in a dripping pan lined with special paper and bake (preheated oven) for 10 minutes at a temperature of 200°C to finish cooking . Then bring to the table.
