Quick and creamy yogurt cake: 5 ingredients are enough!
For this recipe, get:
- eggs, 2
- plain yogurt, 3 jars
- stevia, 2 tablespoons or alternatively 4 of granulated sugar
- melted butter, 20 grams (2 tablespoons)
- flour, 15 grams (1 1/2 tablespoons)
- powdered sugar, to taste for dusting
As first coast, preheat the oven to 180°, just long enough to prepare the dough and it will have reached temperature. Then line a 22 cm square mold on each side with the special paper . Wet it and squeeze it to make it adhere well to the bottom and edges.
Break the eggs into a bowl, add the stevia or sugar and work them with a hand whisk to dissolve each grain and whip the mixture. When they are well blended, add the yogurt jars one by one, making them absorb well. Pour in the melted butter and mix again, finally add the sifted flour to prevent lumps from forming.
Once you have obtained a smooth and uniform dough, transfer it into the pan, level it and put it in the oven for about 40 minutes.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool, then unmold and sprinkle with icing sugar.
