When one decides to follow a vegetarian diet, or has gone on a diet, although many things can no longer be eaten, it is not said that one should be satisfied only with bland and tasteless things, which make one sad. In fact, thanks to the lentil meatballs without eggs it will be possible to sit at the table with a smile, as it is both genuine and delicious, so irresistible that you will love it from the first bite.

Furthermore, this is a dish that proves to be perfect for convincing those who don’t love legumes too much to eat them. Because, in this way they certainly present themselves in a much fancier way than usual. Then, thanks above all to the fact that simple ingredients are needed, they are also very easy to make and the time required is negligible. But trust me, the end result will be super satisfying.
