At the table, unfortunately, it is not always easy to be able to please everyone because everyone has their own tastes which hardly match each other and this makes preparing a meal a real nightmare. So, to easily solve the problem and make everyone happy, the recipe for a quick and tasty dish is perfect. In that, in this way you will make both adults and children agree without displeasing anyone.

Also, in case you have started a diet to get back in shape you don’t have to worry. As, this is a light and nutritious dish, which will allow you not to exceed with calories. Instead, as far as preparation is concerned, it doesn’t take too long and the procedure doesn’t present any critical issues, on the contrary it appears to be simple and intuitive.

The recipe for a quick and tasty dish, the savory cheese pie

Ingredients

  • 300 g of flour
  • 200 ml of warm milk
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 sachet of dehydrated yeast

What is needed for filling

  • 100 gr of grated cheese (like scamorza)
  • 100 gr are more

What is needed to brush

  • 1 yolk

Preparation

  1. First, pour the milk into a bowl, add the oil, egg, sugar, salt and yeast, then mix well with a spatula .
  2. Now insert the flour and repeat to mix, continuing to work until you obtain a mixture with a soft and homogeneous consistency (if necessary, add another spoonful of flour).
  3. Once this is done, cover the dough with transparent film and let it rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes .
  4. In the meantime, put the cheese on a plate together with the feta, then mix them with your hands and divide them into two parts of equal size so that the filling is ready.
  5. Take your dough and transfer it onto the lightly floured work surface, then roll it out by hand giving it a round shape, place a part of the filling in the center and close it making a 30cm large cake .
  6. Line a round pan with a sheet of parchment paper, transfer the mixture into it, brush the surface with the egg yolk and garnish with the leftover cheese.
  7. Finally put it to cook in a hot oven for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180°C .
