The chocolate salami cake: without the oven and ready in a few minutes!

The chocolate salami cake is a dessert that will win you over with its goodness!
Ideal to prepare to end a lunch with softness, especially if you have guests at home. It will be impossible not to surprise them!

The characteristic of this cake is its consistency, identical to that of chocolate salami. Not to mention its delicious taste!

Ingredients and preparation

For this recipe, get:

  • honey , 2 tbsp
  • milk , 7 tbsp
  • hazelnuts , 70 g
  • extra dark chocolate , 105 gr
  • hazelnut biscuits , 250 gr
  • hazelnut chocolate, 150 gr
  • icing sugar, to taste

Line the mold of a cake pan, preferably openable and with a diameter of 18×20 cm, with baking paper. Wet it and squeeze it well before proceeding, in this way it will adhere perfectly to the base and the bottom. Alternatively, you can grease and butter or flour it.

First, take the hazelnut biscuits and place them inside a plastic bag or inside a clean cloth.
Close it tightly and crumble the biscuits with your hands. Alternatively, you can use a rolling pin to help you better. They must not become dust, but small pieces.
Obtained, pour them on a large plate and break the pieces that are very large.
Add the hazelnuts cut in half and peeled. Mix them together and leave them aside.

In a saucepan, add the honey and milk. Mix with a spoon and add the pieces of extra dark chocolate. At this point, transfer the saucepan to the stove, over low heat. With a spatula, mix until you obtain a homogeneous, smooth and thick cream.
Once obtained, turn off the heat and pour the cream directly on the biscuits.
Mix the mixture well and transfer it into the mold , smoothing the surface with the spatula. Alternatively, you can lightly tap the pan on the work surface.
Place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.Serve your chocolate cake decorated with icing sugar and some hazelnuts! Enjoy your meal!
