The rustic pizza recipe with potatoes and tuna, delicious!

Ingredients

  • 150 g of flour
  • 125ml of milk
  • 120ml of oil
  • 100 g of tuna
  • 40 g of grated Parmesan
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 grated potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 100 grams of diced cheese (scamorza)
  • Just enough black pepper
  • Just enough salt

Preparation

  1. First, pour the eggs, pepper and salt into a bowl, beat with a hand whisk, add the oil and start working again.
  2. Now add the milk, give it another stir, sift and add the flour and baking powder, then mix again until you get a smooth and creamy dough .
  3. Now incorporate the tuna, the potato and the diced cheese, mix with a spatula to make the mixture homogeneous , transfer it into a greased dripping pan, level it and garnish with the Parmesan.
  4. Finally put to cook in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes at a temperature of 180°C , at the end serve with a salad.

To prepare the salad you will need:

  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 1 red pepper cut into slices
  • 1 onion cut into slices
  • 1 diced apple
  • ½ tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • ½ tablespoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon of honey
  • 1 pinch of mustard
  • Green salad
  • Cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • Pitted olives
  • Red beans
  • Baby
  • Sale

Preparation

  1. Put the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, onion, pepper, olives, apple and beans on a plate, then mix everything properly.
  2. Finally season with a sauce made with oil, vinegar, mustard, mayonnaise, parsley, salt, pepper and honey.
