Both sugar and mint have unique qualities that, when combined, create a delicious and refreshing experience for the palate.

In this recipe, we will explore the fascinating effects of this seemingly simple mixture, which goes beyond what you could imagine.

Below is the recipe:

Ingredients

  • 20 gr of mint leaves
  • 100 gr of Sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 100 gr of soft butter
  • 220 gr of flour
  • 7 g baking powder
  • 40 g of chocolate chips
  • Oil

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the mint with the sugar and blend.
  3. Add the egg and soft butter and continue mixing until well incorporated.
  4. Add the flour and baking powder, mixing until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
  5. Next, add the chocolate chips and mix well.
  6. Form small balls with the dough and place them on a baking sheet previously greased with oil.
  7. Slightly flatten each ball with the palm of your hand and add some chocolate chips on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.

Keep the ingredients cold: To ensure that the cookies keep their shape while you bake, it is important that the butter and egg are cold when you begin mixing the ingredients.
