A proven recipe for optimal thyroid health

Preparing this mixture is very easy and the health benefits are priceless.

We need:

handful of walnuts (with the shells)

water

1 head of garlic

3 lemons

100 g of honey

Preparation:

Pour enough water into the pot to boil the walnuts and add them.

Boil for 15-20 minutes. 

Peel the garlic and divide it into individual cloves.

We put in a blender. 

Rinse the lemons, which we previously cleaned with baking soda, with clean water.

We dry and cut off the ends. 

Now cut them with the peel into smaller pieces and put them in a blender with the garlic. 

Mix the contents in the mixer.

Remove the boiled walnuts from the pot. 

We peel them from the shells (thanks to the cooking it will be easy even without a nut crusher or hammer), pour them into the blender with the other ingredients and mix everything. 

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the honey. 

All the ingredients used are of great importance for the proper functioning of the thyroid gland . 

Clean and dry glass jars are filled with the finished mixture, closed with a lid and left in a dark place for 10 days. 

Method of use

Take 1 teaspoon 3-4 times a day after meals.
