Lilac IN ALCOHOL is stronger than any medicine: Remember this recipe for life!

By Lilia

Lilac is a fragrant and beautiful shrub.

But this lovely flower with an intoxicating aroma is not only beautiful, but also medicinal.

You just need to know how to use it properly.

I would like to recommend lilac tincture.

Its production is completely simple and its use is really versatile:

For migraines, just dab on your temples.

For joint and muscle pain, apply and let it work.

The tincture helps with sore knees and carpal tunnel syndrome.

That’s why we do it every spring and stock up.

How to make a healing mixture?

You only need two things to do it and you won’t regret it.

Mix 5 tablespoons each of flowers and a lilac leaf, put in 1 liter of alcohol, close the bottle and let it stand in a dark and cool place for 7 to 10 days, shaking occasionally.

Then it is filtered through cheesecloth and the fragrant tincture is ready.
