Basic ingredients for a detox salad

We need:

¼ head of cabbage

550 g of beets

400 g of carrots

1 apple – optional

2 spoons of lemon juice

2 spoons of grated horseradish

Preparation:

Clean the vegetables and grate everything as finely as possible.

We can also add grated apple.

Finally, pour over a mixture of lemon juice and horseradish – you can adjust the dressing to your taste.

500 g of cabbage

Preparation:

Clean the vegetables and chop them finely – especially the onions as thinly as possible. 

Leave for 15 minutes and then sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix the yogurt with the mayonnaise, mustard, honey, salt and spices. 

Let it rest for at least 30 minutes in the fridge and you can serve. Taste the salad while it’s cooking, adjust the seasonings to make it tastier to you. 🙂
