6 Natural Remedies to Detoxify the Lymphatic System

Detoxification of the lymphatic system improves overall health. It is the best prevention for most serious health problems, including cancer.

When was the last time you did something to detox your lymphatic system? Never?

Maybe it’s time to think about it and start taking your body more seriously?

By cleansing the lymphatic system, you will save yourself from inflammation, accumulation of toxins and excess weight. We’re sure you’ll enjoy at least one of the following remedies.

1. Water with lemon juice

Water keeps the body hydrated and cleanses it, promoting proper function.

This medicine removes toxins from the lymphatic system and provides the body with important vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients:

1 cup of water (200 ml)

Juice ½ lemon

Mix the two ingredients and drink immediately.

For good detoxification of the lymphatic system, it is recommended to drink this drink every 3 days for a month.

2. Calendula infusion

Natural folk medicine cannot be imagined without calendula.

In addition to its antibiotic and refreshing properties, calendula is a good way to detoxify the lymphatic system.

Regular consumption of this infusion promotes the elimination of toxins and regulates lymph production.

Ingredients

1 cup water (250 ml)

1 teaspoon of calendula flowers (5 g)

Boil water in a pot and then add the marigold flowers to it.

Allow to steep and cool to room temperature, strain.

Drink a cup of this infusion for 15 days in a row to get good results.

3. Fennel tea

The diuretic and anti-inflammatory properties of fennel help eliminate toxins that interfere with the proper functioning of the lymphatic system.

This tea has antioxidant properties, vitamins and minerals that protect cells.

Ingredients

1 cup water (250 ml)

1 teaspoon freshly grated dill (5 g)

Pour water into a pot and add fennel, put on fire and when it boils reduce the heat to minimum and cook for another 5 minutes.

Allow to steep to room temperature and strain.

We recommend drinking a glass of this drink within 7 days.

4. Garlic tea with lemon

Garlic has excellent antibiotic and antioxidant properties. In addition, it is an excellent detoxifier and cardiovascular ally for improving blood circulation, lowering bad cholesterol or LDL cholesterol and dilating blood vessels.

A glass of this infusion contains vitamins A, B1, B2 and C, strengthens the immune system and supports the lymphatic system.

Ingredients

1 small to medium garlic clove

A glass of water (250 ml)

1 teaspoon grated ginger (5 g)

1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)

a tablespoon of honey (25 g)

Boil the water first. While the water is boiling, chop the garlic very finely.

After the water boils, add the grated ginger and minced garlic to it.

Then leave on low heat for 15 minutes. Then turn off the heat and let it stand for another 10 minutes.

When cool, strain the infusion. Finally, add a tablespoon of lemon juice and honey to sweeten.

We recommend drinking 1 cup every day on an empty stomach after waking up.

5. Tea with turmeric, ginger and lemon

This tea helps flush out toxins by naturally cleansing the lymphatic system.

It also contains minerals, vitamins and antioxidants that strengthen the body’s defenses.

Ingredients

1 teaspoon turmeric (5 g)

1 teaspoon grated ginger (5 g)

A glass of water (250 ml)

Juice ½ lemon

Preparation

Add water, turmeric and ginger to a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes.

Then you need to remove from the heat, strain and add lemon juice.

Drink a cup of tea on an empty stomach for 7 days.

6. Lymphatic massage

In addition to the remedies we recommend above, try to see a therapist at least once a month for a lymphatic massage.

This massage involves gentle circular pressure that stimulates lymph and facilitates body drainage.

All in all, any of the natural remedies mentioned gives you the ability to flush out toxins from your lymphatic system and prevent serious illnesses.

But do not forget to lead a healthy lifestyle in addition to detoxification, otherwise all efforts will be in vain.
