Recipe for No-Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts for garnish

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch springform pan. Press the crumbs onto the bottom and up the sides of the pan. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and well combined.
  4. Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue beating until fully incorporated.
  5. In a separate mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese and peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
  7. Pour the filling onto the prepared crust, and spread it evenly.
  8. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight until it is set.
  9. Once set, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and garnish with chopped peanuts.
  10. Serve and enjoy your delicious no-bake peanut butter cheesecake!
