A disorder that can also be linked to gluten intolerance is attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. 

ADHD can occur in both children and adults. 

People with this disorder have difficulty concentrating, suffer from hyperactivity and poorly controlled impulsivity. 

A gluten-free diet will help reduce ADHD symptoms.

7. Bad condition of the teeth

In the case of gluten allergy, the absorption of essential elements and minerals in the intestine is impaired. This also applies to calcium. 

This can lead to problems with the teeth and mouth: enamel hypersensitivity, caries and stomatitis. 

If you take care of your teeth, but still notice these symptoms, the cause may be caused by the intake of gluten.

8. Iron deficiency anemia

Very often cerebrovascular disease is diagnosed due to iron deficiency anemia. 

Its symptoms include reduced blood volume, fatigue, shortness of breath, headaches, pale skin and even arthritis. 

Iron is poorly absorbed, because due to gluten allergy there is a violation of iron absorption in the intestine.

9. Autoimmune diseases

Many people with autoimmune diseases suffer from gluten allergies. 

Celiac disease is an autoimmune disease in which the immune system attacks the intestine’s own cells after gluten enters them.

How to overcome gluten intolerance?

1. Take a test. Your doctor will do a blood test to check for antibodies that are normally present in the blood of people with celiac disease. 

Before the test, you should include gluten in your diet: this will help you avoid inaccurate results.

2. Eliminate gluten from the diet. Avoid products that contain wheat, rye flour, bulgur, semolina, etc.

Always check the ingredients of the products. Prefer those labeled “Gluten Free”.
