300 g celery (root)

6 lemons

Preparation:

Clean the celery.

Grate on a coarse grater. 

Put the grated celery in a pot, take the lemons.

Cut into halves.

Then we squeeze juice. 

Pour the juice into the pot with the celery.

We will take a second, slightly larger pot.

Pour water into it.

Now put the first pot in which we cooked the celery with lemon juice on top and we will cook the mixture in a water bath. 

We turn on the stove, let the water boil and then reduce the temperature.

Cover the upper pot with a lid.

Boil in a water bath for 90 minutes. 

After this time, move the pot.

Leave to cool for 10 minutes. 

When the mixture has cooled, pour it into a clean jam jar, close it with a lid.

Store in the refrigerator. 

Usage:

Use this natural product in the morning on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before breakfast. 

The dose is 1 tbsp.
