You have a violent heartbeat – normalize it in 1 minute

By Lilia

Your heart beats fast and skips a beat:

Here’s how to normalize it in 1 minute, without drugs.

Do you often experience palpitations due to stress or for no reason?

This phenomenon happens equally to men and women of all ages.

The feeling is quite unpleasant and we all want it to stop as soon as possible.

These are 3 easy ways that you could do in less than a minute, and with the help of which you will quickly affect the heartbeat to normalize it.

Cold water method

You need cold water, the colder the better, for this put more ice cubes in a container of water.

All you need to do when your pulse is racing is take a deep breath, dip your face in the cold water and hold it as long as you can. This procedure stimulates the Nervus vagus (vagus nerve), which works to calm the heartbeat.

When you put your face in cold water, the body sends a signal to slow down the metabolism, known as the diving reflex, which causes the heart rate to decrease rapidly.

This is the same reflex that helps some people survive longer in cold water.

Very Deep BreathingBreathe very deeply, to the point where you are no longer able to take even the slightest breath.

Then quickly exhale the air from the lungs.

Repeat the procedure as needed.

Simply taking a deep breath is not enough.

Deep breathing alone will not slow the heartbeat, and so you need to take in to the limits of your lungs, significantly more than just deep breathing.

Only in this way will you normalize the heartbeat and the work of the heart.

Medium BreathingBreathe with medium force. Close your nose and take a deep breath in without letting the air out.

Hold it as long as you can. Then exhale and relax.

You may feel a little dizzy, but this is normal. Same as ear muffle to equalize the pressure.Try each of these methods a few times before moving on to the next one.

After some time you will find out for yourself which one satisfies and helps you the most. However, if you continue to experience rapid heartbeats that last 20 minutes or more, feel tired, have pain, or have other complaints, seek medical attention.
