GYMNASTICS FOR THE EYES
Exercise number 1
The exercise is performed sitting or standing, as you prefer.
Take a comfortable position, put your hands over your eyes and relax.
Take 3-4 deep inhalations and exhalations, breathing slowly and deeply.
With each exhalation, let go of unnecessary thoughts in your head.
This is a kind of setup for the exercises that follow.

Exercise number 2
Place three fingers (index, middle and ring) on the upper edge of the eye socket below the eyebrows, starting from the edge of the nose.
Pressing, move along the upper edge of the eye socket from the nose to the temples.
Then also go along the lower edge of the eye socket.
You need to press hard but very carefully so as not to damage your eyes.
Move three times along the top edge and three times along the bottom.
Exercise number 3
Similarly, with three fingers, press the cavity above the eye sockets.

Then place your fingers under the eye socket, massage with active movements and then press and relax.
Exercise number 4
Now move your fingers to the pupil, eyes closed.
We press very calmly, but strongly.
Press and release, repeat 10 times.
Exercise number 5
Grasp the upper eyelid with thumb and forefinger and pull the eyelid up and down 50 times.
The movement should be light.
If you feel pain or discomfort, rest.
Exercise #6
And the last exercise: with your thumb and index finger, press the bridge of your nose, at the end of one and the other eye.
Count to 10 by pressing down on the bridge of your nose and then release.
