Lemon cream ready in 10-15 minutes – It is prepared with 2 lemons, 2 eggs, 40 g of butter, 100 g of sugar and vanilla

Ingredients needed:
2 lemons
2 eggs
40 g butter
100 g sugar
Vanilla – optional
Preparation method:
Grate the lemons with a fine grater and squeeze the juice. Mix the lemon juice with the sugar until the sugar dissolves completely.
Separately, beat the eggs with a whisk, then add the lemon juice and the sugar mixture. We also incorporate the grated lemon zest.
We transfer the composition into a saucepan. Add the butter and cook the cream, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
Pass it through a sieve and transfer it to the jars.
It is a delicate cream with a fresh taste and can be served with pancakes or used as a filling for croissants, cakes, pies, cream puffs.
