Plants and flowers are  essential in everyone’s life , often enhancing the mood and enhancing the style chosen for the home. They are living beings that must be cared for, capable of providing a therapeutic and relaxing environment.

However, some of them on our floor are  toxic  and  poisonous  so much that they should never be placed in the house or garden. Obviously, you should not take a plant that you do not know.

Aglaonema

Aglaonema is a poisonous houseplant. It looks like an evergreen shrub with  wide oval leaves  and a bright green color. Its hues are fascinating and it is also very easy to grow, especially in areas where light is scarce. All very pretty, except that the leaves are very toxic.

Alocasia

This plant also has very large green leaves, with purple tones that make it even more beautiful. There are many varieties and some reach a height of about 40 cm and 20 cm wide. Be careful with its sap, which irritates the skin and is toxic if ingested: keep it away from children and curious animals.

Holly

Beautiful and poetic plant, but its beauty is poisonous and toxic. Its red berries – but also its leaves – have a glycoside content that can inflame the intestines, causing  vomiting and diarrhea . It should also never be present in the home.

Anthurium

It is a very beautiful decorative plant , which is found in many apartments due to its unique style. Unfortunately, it is toxic due to its calcium crystal content. It should be kept away from children and animals, and should not be grown in the garden or at home.

Kalanchoe is easily grown and very beautiful. Unfortunately, it is a plant that is toxic to animals, causing
