Take the basil leaves, wash them and dry them with a soft cloth. Then you have to freeze them.

To do this, take a jar and add a little salt, some basil leaves and cover everything with oil. The jar will need to be filled to the top before placing it in the freezer.

Second method

After washing the plant, separate each leaf and let it dry on a cloth. Put them all on a tray or in aluminum foil and place them in the freezer. Once frozen, put them in an airtight bag that you will put back in the freezer. This way, you will always have basil at your disposal for all the recipes you choose!
