First, it is absorbed much faster. 

Second, it acts as an energy bomb. 

With sweets, you can cope if you feel down and regain strength, but the effect is short-term.

How can you give up something that is not useful and causes disease? 

Use sesame seeds. The invaluable benefit of sesame is a high content of calcium, magnesium, vitamins A, E, C and group B. 

It is high in calories, so it will charge the body with the necessary energy that you need, but this will in no way affect your weight. 

It remains only to correctly and sensibly derive its incredible benefits. Prepare sesame milk!

You will need:

100 grams of unroasted sesame

2 teaspoons of honey

1 liter of water

Soak the sesame seeds in a glass of water overnight. 

In the morning, discard the water and wash the sesame seeds well, pour them into a blender, add a glass of clean water, honey and beat. 

Then add the rest of the water according to the recipe and grind again in the blender. 

If there is nothing to grind the sesame with, the grains can be pounded, but this will take more time.

Honey is used as a sweetener, so it’s optional, but it certainly won’t hurt you, especially if it’s pure, natural and unadulterated.

Prepared in this way, you get one liter of excellent sesame milk, a glass of which you should take every morning, before meals. 

The unnatural desire and hunger for sweet things will disappear after a few days, and with it you will start to lose weight. 

The magic of sesame lies in the fact that calcium taken in this way is absorbed much better and faster than if you take it in its pure form.

In addition to strengthening your bones, you will get a boost of vitamins, thanks to which you will have perfectly healthy nails and hair. 

The other nice addition is that it contains more antioxidants that protect against aging and reduce the risk of cancer.

Do not forget that thermally processed sesame (roasted) completely loses its beneficial properties, so it is better to extract its nutritional and beneficial substances by soaking the seeds in water. 

Sesame milk can be used in baking or as a base for various healthy shakes.
