Homemade baguette: the easy recipe with only 4 ingredients
Ingredients:
7 g (2¼ tsp.) active dry yeast
250 ml water
125g bread flour + 250g (total 375g)
1½ teaspoons of salt
Directions:
- In a bowl mix the yeast, water and 125g of flour.
- Cover for 30 to 60 minutes.
- Then add the salt and 250 gr of flour, mix well.
- Cover for one hour.
- Divide the dough into 3 parts and make the baguette.
- Cover for 30 minutes, then cut on top.
- Bake at 450°F/230° for 20 minutes
