Lemon brioche braids: the soft and delicious recipe

Ingredients:
150g 00 flour
250 g flour 0
50 g sugar
1 sachet of dry yeast
a pinch of salt
220ml milk
half a vial of vanilla flavor
zest of half a lemon
40g butter
milk for brushing
granulated sugar for garnish
honey

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl mix milk, yeast, sugar and salt.
  2. Then add the vanilla. half a lemon and sifted flour.
  3. Integrate the butter and form a homogeneous dough.
  4. Let it rest for an hour.
  5. Then form the pigtails and cover them for 10 minutes.
  6. Brush with milk and bake at 180° for 15 minutes.
  7. Once cooked, garnish with honey and sugar.
