Potato Fritters: How to Make Them in Just a Few Steps!
Crispy on the outside and so cheesy on the inside, this recipe is a must! good preparation dear fans.
Ingredients
- 1 kg (2 pounds) boiled potatoes
- 2 egg yolks
- ½ teaspoon of nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 100g (1 cup) grated parmesan
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 eggs
- breadcrumbs to coat
- 1 block of mozzarella cheese
Preparation
- Peel and mash the cooked potatoes.
- Mix mashed potatoes with salt, pepper, nutmeg, egg yolks and parmesan.
- Cut the cheese into rectangles.
Take a few spoonfuls of mashed potatoes and form a patty, wrap it around the cheese making sure it is completely covered. - Whisk 2 eggs and cover each potato fritter with egg and breadcrumbs.
- Fry for 6-7 minutes or until evenly browned.
