Strawberry cakes: the recipe for simple and delicious sweets
Strawberry cupcakes are delicious and beautiful to look at: a flourless recipe , to be prepared instead of the classic strawberry muffins . To make them we prepared the base compound with cream cheese , yoghurt , corn starch , eggs , sugar and vanilla extract . We will then pour the mixture into the cups, before adding the chopped strawberries mixed with the sugar. The cakes will then be cooked in the oven for 20 minutes : once ready, taste them sprinkled with icing sugar for thesnack or serve them as an exquisite dessert after a meal. How to make Strawberry Shortcakes
Step 1
Cut the strawberries into small pieces, put them in a bowl and mix them with a little sugar to sweeten them1.
Step 2
In another bowl, combine the strawberry yoghurt, cream cheese, vanilla extract, corn starch, 80 g sugar, eggs and mix with an electric mixer. Get a creamy and lump-free mixture.
Step 3
Pour the batter into the cups and add the chopped strawberries3.
Step 4
Bake the pies in a static oven at 190°C for 20 minutes. When they are ready, serve them with a dusting of icing sugar.
