Tuna and potato meatballs: the second course that is quick and full of flavour

Ingredients:
2 boiled potatoes
3 tablespoons of grated cheese
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 can of tuna
1 egg
3/4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
Salt and Pepper To Taste.

Preparation:

  1. Boil the potatoes and mash them.
  2. Then add the cheese, parsley, tuna, egg, salt and breadcrumbs.
  3. Form the meatballs and roll them in the breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry them in a pan with oil and serve them hot.
