Mushroom meatballs: the easy recipe for a delicious dish
Ingredients:
300 g of pleurotus mushrooms
300 g of champignon mushrooms
120 g of frozen mushrooms
5 boiled potatoes
1 boiled carrot
1 egg
Sweet paprika
4 cloves of garlic
Salt and Pepper To Taste.
Fresh parsley
180 g of flour
Preparation:
- Dice the mushrooms.
- Cook them in boiling water for 30 minutes.
- Finely chop them together with the carrot and potatoes.
- Add an egg, paprika, salt, pepper, chopped parsley, minced garlic and flour.
- Knead with your hands to mix all the ingredients.
- Shape into patties with lightly oiled hands.
- Fry them in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
