Soft apple cake: the recipe for the simple dessert that everyone loves
Ingredients:
3 eggs
150 g of sugar
50ml of milk
60 g of sunflower oil
300 g of 00 flour
16 g of baking powder
3 large apples
Lemon zest and juice
Preparation:
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar.
- Add the oil, milk, grated lemon zest and the juice.
- Incorporate the flour by pouring it a little at a time. Then add the yeast too.
- Cut an apple into cubes and add it to the mixture, cut the others into thin slices, leaving the peel on.
- Pour the batter into a greased pan.
- Arrange the sliced apples on the surface.
- Bake in a static oven at 190° for 35 minutes.
