Soft apple cake: the recipe for the simple dessert that everyone loves

Ingredients:
3 eggs
150 g of sugar
50ml of milk
60 g of sunflower oil
300 g of 00 flour
16 g of baking powder
3 large apples
Lemon zest and juice

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar.
  2. Add the oil, milk, grated lemon zest and the juice.
  3. Incorporate the flour by pouring it a little at a time. Then add the yeast too.
  4. Cut an apple into cubes and add it to the mixture, cut the others into thin slices, leaving the peel on.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased pan.
  6. Arrange the sliced apples on the surface.
  7. Bake in a static oven at 190° for 35 minutes.
