My paradise cake is very soft | It’s very good and I do it like this!

Ingredients:
- 150 g of potato starch
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 150 g of icing sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of soft butter
- Salt, a pinch

- Powdered sugar
Preparation
Break the eggs into a large bowl. Also add the icing sugar and mix the ingredients with an electric mixer. Work for 5 minutes to obtain a lump-free mixture.
Now, without ceasing to mix, add the soft butter, previously reduced to pieces and add, a little at a time, also the sifted potato starch and baking powder. Complete by adding a pinch of salt.
Once you have obtained a smooth consistency, pour the mixture into a springform pan with a diameter of 18 cm, greased and floured.
Level well and bake in a static oven for 10 minutes at 160 degrees. After the indicated time, bake your cake for another 15 minutes at 180 degrees and then again at 200 degrees for another 10 minutes.
Take your dessert out of the oven and, after having sprinkled the icing sugar on the surface, serve it at the table. It will be irresistible!
