Easy Slow Cooker Candy
Sweets in the slow cooker ideal for buffets, sweets easy to make. They are perfect for the holidays or to give as a gift!
Ingredients
- 320g chocolate chips
- 250g white chocolate chips
- 200g pastry chocolate
- 80g (1/3 cup) peanut butter
- 350g unsalted peanuts
- 350g salted peanuts
Preparation
- In a saucepan add the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, pastry chocolate, peanut butter, and heat gently over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the ingredients have melted together, remove the pan from the heat and allow the mixture to cool for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the peanuts, then pour the candy from the slow cooker onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Place the tray in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until the candies set.
