Ingredients
- For the caramel sauce
- 200 g of sugar
- 70g water
- For the first dough
- 3 eggs
- 150g condensed milk
- 200 g of cream
- 170 g of milk
- 5 g of vanilla sugar
- For the second dough
- 3 egg yolks
- 30 grams of sugar
- 40 grams of milk
- 30g seed oil
- 5 g of vanilla sugar
- 75 g of flour
- 3 g baking powder
- 3 egg whites
- 1 pinch of salt
- 45g of sugar
Preparation
- First prepare the caramel and pour it into the mold.
- Mix the eggs with the condensed milk, cream, milk and sugar. Strain the mixture into the mould.
- Beat the second dough: mix the egg yolks with the sugar, milk, oil, sugar, flour and yeast. Beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt and sugar. Always pour into the mold.
- Place the mold in a saucepan and pour hot water.
- Bake at 160° for 90 minutes.
