No-bake biscuit cake: the recipe for an easy and delicious dessert
Ingredients:
1 egg
A pinch of salt
50 g of sugar
10 g of vanilla sugar
20 g of flour
20 g of corn starch
500ml of milk
60 g of butter
300 g of dry chocolate biscuits
180 g of milk chocolate
90 g of cream
90 g of chopped peanuts
Preparation:
- In a saucepan, combine the egg, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, flour and starch. Stir until all ingredients are well blended.
- Add the milk a little at a time.
- Bring to the heat and heat the mixture, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
- Add the butter cut into pieces and let it melt.
- Arrange the biscuits in a pyrophile forming a compact layer and then cover with the cream. Form other layers in the same way.
- Melt the finely chopped chocolate in the hot cream.
- Add the peanuts.
- Use this mixture to coat the cake.
- Set in the fridge before serving.
