Quick and Easy Cake

Discover a quick and easy to make cake, for the weekend or a snack with family!!!

Ingredients
3 eggs
1 pot of vanilla yogurt
2 cups of sugar
3 pots of flour
1/2 pot of oil
1 baking powder
juice of half a lemon
Zest of a lemon
Preparation
With a whisk we work the eggs, the yogurt and the sugar, we add the oil, the flour and the baking powder, we mix well at the end we add the lemon juice and the zest.
We pour the preparation in a buttered mold and we put our cake in the oven.
Decorate with jam and coconut.
Good tasting.
