Knoblauchpilze in Parmesankäse: So lecker! Würde auch mit Cheddar großartig funktionieren

So delicious! Would work great with cheddar too.”
Ingredients
400g mushrooms, washed and dried
¼ cup cream cheese
½ cup parmesan cheese
½ cup cream
2 tbsp butter, unsalted
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp garlic, freshly chopped
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
½ TL Oregano
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tbsp freshly chopped parsley
preparation
In a large 12-inch skillet, add the olive oil, butter, garlic, and mushrooms over medium-high heat until mushrooms are tender (about 5 minutes).
Reduce the heat to medium, add the cream cheese and cook until melted.
Reduce the heat to low and add the parmesan cream, Italian seasoning, oregano, salt and pepper.
Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove from the heat and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
