Chocolate Cheesecake
Ingredients:
Base:
200 g of biscuits
70 g of melted butter
Cream:
190 g of sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
100 g of butter
5 eggs
1 kg of cheese spread
Zest of 1 orange
25 g of starch corn
200 g dark chocolate
200 g cream
Directions:
1. Base: mix the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter. Crush the mixture on the bottom of the mold and let it cool for 10 minutes in the refrigerator, then put it in the oven at 180° for another 10 minutes.
2. Cream: mix the butter with the sugar and the vanilla extract. Then add the eggs, one at a time. Then add the cheese, starch and orange zest.
3. Pour the cream over the base and bake at 150° for 60-70 minutes.
4. Melt the chocolate in the cream and pour the ganache over the cheesecake.

1 liter of milk

180 g of sugar
70 g of cornstarch
2 egg yolks
55 g of butter
1 egg
2 tablespoons of sugar

Directions:
1. In a saucepan, pour the milk with the vanilla, the sugar, the starch, the egg yolks and the butter.
2. Leave to thicken and pour into a mould.
3. Beat the egg and add the two teaspoons of sugar.
4. Brush the mixture over the dough and bake at 400°F/200°C for 20-25 minutes.
