Something as simple as  rice cooking water contains many properties  and benefits, especially for the hair, which can find the right remedy for its problems and become  healthy, more beautiful and stronger than before  . It is also very valid for the care of damaged skin.

Applying it to your hair also helps to hydrate it,  giving it greater strength and greatly improving its structure. Rice water contains inositol. It is  a particular carbohydrate that has the function of protecting the hair  from the roots to the tips. In addition, the presence of many amino acids helps to make the hair thick, soft and shiny.

The soaking technique

First, take a bowl  and pour half a cup of raw rice into it, then add three cups of hot water and let it sit for 30 minutes. Then using a strainer, filter it and pour it into a spray bottle. Then apply it to your hair and leave it on for about 10 minutes and then rinse.  Then proceed to apply  conditioner and comb your hair.

Cooking water

It’s simply a matter of using the water from cooking rice  . After boiling, strain the water through a sieve and put it in a spray bottle. In a saucepan, place 1/2 cup of raw rice in plenty of boiling water. Cook over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Collect the excess water on top of the rice or wait until the end of cooking to strain it all.  You can add a few drops of essential oil to the rice water if you wish  . Apply everything to your hair and let the products sit for about 20 minutes and then rinse.

Fermented

With this technique, you can take advantage of and benefit from the presence of antioxidants  in water, which increase the levels of vitamins and nutrients. Place the raw rice and warm water in a bowl.  Let it soak for 30 minutes  and then filter the rice. Then pour the liquid obtained into a jar and let it sit for 24 hours. Next, place the jar in the refrigerator for two or three days and then pour it into a spray bottle.  Add a couple of cups of warm water  and proceed to apply it to your hair.
