Ingredients
- 40 grams of butter
- 30 ml of oil
- 1 kilo of meat
- 300 ml of soda
- 3 onions
- 6 grams of garlic
- 1 red bell pepper
- 4 grams of sweet paprika
- 5 grams of salt
- 2 grams of black pepper
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 30 grams of mustard
- 200 ml of water
- 300 grams of potatoes
- 300 ml of water
- 4 grams of salt
- 20 grams of dill
- 20 ml of oil
- 10 grams of salt
- 20 grams of mustard
- 30 grams of cornstarch
- 30 ml of water
- 30 grams of chives
- 30 grams of parsley
Preparation
- Start by cutting the meat into medium pieces.
- In a bowl with a lid, place the meat and add the soda, making sure it covers the meat well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a large pot, heat the oil and butter over medium heat.
- After the marinating time has passed, remove the soda from the meat and place it in the pot with the hot butter. Cook until golden brown.
- While the meat is browning, cut the onions into medium pieces.
- Once the meat is browned, remove it and sauté the onions in the same fat.
- Add the grated garlic and mix well. Then, add the red bell pepper cut into pieces similar to onions.
- Season with salt, pepper and sweet paprika.
- I added the soy sauce, mustard and 200 ml of water. Let it cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, boil the cubed potatoes in 300 ml of water with 4 grams of salt. Once cooked, place them in a bowl.
- Chop the dill and add it to the potatoes along with a little salt, pepper, a splash of oil and mustard. Mix well.
- In another bowl, mix the cornstarch with 30 ml of water until it dissolves well.
- Add this mixture to the meat, mix well and add the chopped chives and parsley. Let it cook for about 5 more minutes.
- Ready! Now you can serve the meat with the potatoes as a side.
