The kitchen is the place where germs are most likely to spread and therefore cause illness, and we do not always know how to clean some objects correctly. Here are some tips to change your bad habits.

Did you know that eco-friendly shopping bags need to be washed frequently? Since their use is daily and they come into contact with dirty vegetables, carts, the trunk of our car, resting on the floor and much more, it is advisable to wash them often and with baking soda to eliminate most of the germs that reside there.

  1. The cutting board

To properly clean the cutting board simply use salt and lemon, rub well and rinse well, this way even the smallest particles will be removed and the wood will not come into contact with any chemical solution.

  1. Kitchen cloths or towels
    Luxury clothing designer, Nancy Koltes, recommends not using fabric softener when washing towels. In fact, these create an enveloping patina around the clothing that traps dirt and makes the towel less absorbent. It is preferable to replace the fabric softener with white vinegar.
  2. Baking sheets
    To clean your pans thoroughly and thoroughly, prepare a solution of 1/4 cup baking soda and add a little hydrogen peroxide, just enough to make a dough. The result will surprise you 🙂
