GREEN SAUCE.
- INGREDIENTS FOR THE RECIPE.
- 500 g green tomatillos (green tomatoes), peeled and washed.
- 1 white onion, cut into quarters.
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- 1 green chile (jalapeño or serrano), to taste (optional for spiciness).
- A handful of fresh cilantro.
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
- Salt to taste.

- Preparation of Tomatillos.
- Remove the husks from the green tomatillos and wash them well to remove any dirt residue.

- Place the peeled green tomatillos in a pot with enough water to cover them.
