WOMEN’S BREAD or RANCH BREAD
Ingredients:
1 kg. Wheat flour
2 Tablespoons of Yeast
1 cup of sugar
1 pinch of salt
100 grams of Butter
Water (as necessary)
Preparation: First, hydrate the yeast in 1/2 cup of warm water for 15 minutes, then add it to the flour. Knead the flour, with sugar, yeast, salt and water as necessary, until the dough does not stick to your hands. Then add the melted butter until the dough is coated and let it rest until it rises, approximately an hour. Form the loaves, they can be filled with whatever you like, bake at 350F approximately for an hour, until golden brown…
