TROUT FISH WITH CHARD
Ingredients:
- 3 large trout fish fillets (600 g)
- ½ onion, sliced
- ½ potato, sliced
- Cilantro
- 1 ½ lemon juice
- 100 g grated Manchego cheese
- 1 cup of Swiss chard
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
Preparation:
- Wash the fillets and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the lemon juice to the fillets.
- Place the Swiss chard leaves on the aluminum foil and on top of them a slice of potato, one of onion, then the fish, and on top a little cilantro and Manchego cheese.
- Wrap it well and cook on a pan greased with butter for 25 minutes and it’s ready.
