TROUT FISH WITH CHARD

Ingredients:

  • 3 large trout fish fillets (600 g)
  • ½ onion, sliced
  • ½ potato, sliced
  • Cilantro
  • 1 ½ lemon juice
  • 100 g grated Manchego cheese
  • 1 cup of Swiss chard
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter

Preparation:

  1. Wash the fillets and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the lemon juice to the fillets.
  3. Place the Swiss chard leaves on the aluminum foil and on top of them a slice of potato, one of onion, then the fish, and on top a little cilantro and Manchego cheese.
  4. Wrap it well and cook on a pan greased with butter for 25 minutes and it’s ready.
