Fish meatballs

Ingredients:
500 g of oriental fish fillets
1/3 cup of breadcrumbs
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil

*For the broth
2 cups of tomato puree
2 cups of broth or water
2 pressed garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley
Vegetable oil

Preparation:

  1. Rinse the fish fillets, dry them and shred them finely; add the egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper, mix and form the meatballs.
  2. Fry them in a pan with oil to seal them, when they begin to brown, remove them and place them on absorbent paper napkins to remove excess fat.
  3. To make the broth: fry the garlic in a saucepan with a little oil. When it starts to brown, add the puree and broth, sprinkle with parsley and cook over medium heat until it boils.
  4. Blend the above, strain into the saucepan and when it comes to a boil, add the meatballs, season, lower the heat and cook until the meatballs are cooked.
