Fish meatballs
Ingredients:
500 g of oriental fish fillets
1/3 cup of breadcrumbs
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil
*For the broth
2 cups of tomato puree
2 cups of broth or water
2 pressed garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley
Vegetable oil
Preparation:
- Rinse the fish fillets, dry them and shred them finely; add the egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper, mix and form the meatballs.
- Fry them in a pan with oil to seal them, when they begin to brown, remove them and place them on absorbent paper napkins to remove excess fat.
- To make the broth: fry the garlic in a saucepan with a little oil. When it starts to brown, add the puree and broth, sprinkle with parsley and cook over medium heat until it boils.
- Blend the above, strain into the saucepan and when it comes to a boil, add the meatballs, season, lower the heat and cook until the meatballs are cooked.
