Fish wrapped in paper with vegetables

Ingredients:
Oil to coat the paper
4 white fish fillets of your choice
3 seedless tomatoes cut into strips
1 1/2 tablespoons butter cut into 4
1 sprig of fresh thyme
8 sliced ​​black olives
1 green pepper cut into strips
1 red pepper cut into strips
1 yellow pepper cut into strips
1/2 red onion cut into slices
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 190º C. Coat the baking paper sheets with olive oil. Sprinkle the fish fillets with salt and pepper. Place each fillet on the paper. Add to each fillet: sliced ​​olives, 1/4 tablespoon butter, a little bit of each pepper, a little bit of tomato, a little bit of red onion and a sprig of thyme. Fold the packets carefully to seal them well.
Cook on a baking tray in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve the fish wrapped in its paper.
