Water and flour gnocchi: the recipe to have them soft and tasty in a short time

Ingredients: 300 g of 00 flour300 g of water 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil6 g of fine saltFresh tomato sauceParmesan cheese Milk creamBasil
Preparation:1. Pour water, oil and salt into a large pot. 2. Add the flour and mix well. 3. Transfer the dough onto a pastry board and work it with your hands. 4. Let it rest for about 20 minutes. 5. Cut and shape the gnocchi into whatever shape you prefer. 6. Cook them in boiling salted water and drain them as soon as they rise to the surface. 7. Top with simple tomato sauce, mozzarella, grated cheese and fresh basil.
