Coffee mousse is a quick and delicious dessert , ideal to serve as an exquisite end to a meal in single-serving cups or to enjoy as a tasty snack .
To make it, we brought the cream to the boil , added the white chocolate and the instant coffee and blended everything with the mixer. By doing so, you will obtain an airy, fluffy and very light mixture, which you can enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator to use when needed. You can serve the coffee mousse with cat tongues or coffee biscuits , if you prefer.
