Gratinated pork loin rolls: the recipe for a second course full of flavour

Ingredients: 8 slices of pork loin 200 g of Gruyere cheeseSalt and Pepper To Taste 50 g of grated parmesan1 bunch of parsley 2 cloves of garlic Breadcrumbs to taste 1 onion EVO oil to taste
Preparation: 1. For the filling: combine breadcrumbs, grated cheese, salt, pepper, garlic and parsley (finely chopped). 2. Then add the oil and mix well. 3. Beat the slices of meat to flatten them. 4. Stuff with a piece of cheese and the breadcrumb mixture prepared earlier. 5. Close and shape the rolls, then arrange them all in a baking dish. 6. Brush with olive oil then cover with more seasoned breadcrumbs. 7. Insert pieces of onion between each roll. 8. Cook in a static oven at 180° for 30 minutes.
