When I don’t have time I prepare it with 4 YOGURT, in 2 minutes without wheat!
Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 150 grams of sugar
- Grated peel of a lemon
- 4 natural Greek yogurts (125 grams each)
- 250 grams of mascarpone cheese
- 1 heaping tablespoon of cornstarch
Preparation
- Beat the 3 large eggs with 150 grams of sugar until they double their volume.
- Add the grated peel of a lemon and the 4 Greek yogurts (125 grams each).
- Add 250 grams of mascarpone and mix until there are no lumps.
- Add a heaping tablespoon of cornstarch and mix.
- Pour the mixture into a mold and bake at 170 degrees for 45 minutes.
