MANGO AND YOGURT ICE CREAM.

  • RECIPE INGREDIENTS.
  • 3 cups of mango, cut into cubes.
  • 1/4 cup of evaporated milk.
  • 2 cups of sugar-free Greek yogurt.
  • 1 tablespoon of liquid vanilla.
  • 1 cup of honey.
  • 1/2 cup of whipping cream.
  • 3 tablespoons of orange zest.
  • 1 tablespoon of basil, cut into thin strips.
  • PREPARATION METHOD.
  • For the base, blend the mango with the evaporated milk, the Greek yogurt.
  • Add the vanilla essence and honey until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  • Set the preparation aside.
  • Beat the whipping cream until it forms peaks, once it has doubled in volume, gradually add the previous preparation until well incorporated.
  • Add the orange zest and basil.
  • Mix and serve the mixture in a deep mould.
  • Freeze the mixture for 8 hours until you get the desired consistency, stirring occasionally.
