BLUE MOON ICE CREAM.

  • RECIPE INGREDIENTS.
  • 2 cans of coconut milk, refrigerated overnight.
  • 1 can of condensed coconut milk (320 grams).
  • 1 tablespoon of raspberry extract.
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon extract.
  • 1 pinch of coarse salt.
  • Blue food coloring.
  • PREPARATION METHOD.
  • Open the cans of coconut milk and drain the coconut water that has separated.
  • In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat the coconut cream until light and fluffy.
  • Stir in the condensed coconut milk, raspberry extract, lemon extract and pinch of salt.
  • Add the food coloring and mix gently until the color is evenly distributed.
