BLUE MOON ICE CREAM.
- RECIPE INGREDIENTS.
- 2 cans of coconut milk, refrigerated overnight.
- 1 can of condensed coconut milk (320 grams).
- 1 tablespoon of raspberry extract.
- 1 tablespoon of lemon extract.
- 1 pinch of coarse salt.
- Blue food coloring.
- PREPARATION METHOD.
- Open the cans of coconut milk and drain the coconut water that has separated.
- In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat the coconut cream until light and fluffy.
- Stir in the condensed coconut milk, raspberry extract, lemon extract and pinch of salt.
- Add the food coloring and mix gently until the color is evenly distributed.
