“Black magic” cake with yogurt-based coffee – the unmistakable taste that will charm you!

The “Magie neagrà” cake is a chocolate dessert with an intense coffee taste, which is made on a yogurt base and covered with a delicious glaze. The cake is very simple to prepare, it is extremely tasty, very aromatic and consistent. In a very short time you will get a fabulous cake with an unmistakable taste. Treat yourself to a charming dessert and a cup of coffee.

ingredients

– 1+ 3/4 cups of flour

– 2 glasses of sugar

– 3/4 cup of cocoa

– 2 teaspoons of sodium bicarbonate

– 1 teaspoon of baking powder

– 1 teaspoon of salt

– 2 eggs

– 1 glass of concentrated coffee

– 1 glass of yogurt

– 1/2 cup of oil

– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or vanilla sugar

Ingredients for the glaze

– 80 g of butter

– 100 g of cocoa

– 200 g of powdered sugar

– 100 ml of milk

– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Method of preparation

1. The tabletop. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease 2 round baking tins with butter and sprinkle with flour.

2. Mix in a large bowl: flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Make a hole in the middle.

3. Add the eggs, coffee, yogurt, oil and vanilla. Beat the dough with the mixer for 2 minutes at medium speed. You will get a liquid dough. Pour the dough into the prepared molds.

4. Bake the tops in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let the tops cool for 10 minutes, then remove from the pans and cool completely on a wire rack. If you wish, you can spread the tops with cream and place them on top of each other.

5. Chocolate glaze. Melt the butter and add the cocoa. Then sprinkle powdered sugar, pour milk and a teaspoon of vanilla extract.

6. Mix well so that there are no lumps. Add a little more milk if you want a thick frosting.

7. Spread the tops and sides of the cake liberally with frosting. Refrigerate the cake for 3-4 hours.
